LE TAKBE BY PIERRE AUGUSTIN ROSE

Pierre Augustin Rose and Alex de Betak are pleased to announce the Takbe, a modular sofa conceived by the artist and edited for the first time by the gallery. Le Takbe, which has followed de Betak through different geographies and creative phases, now makes its public debut in the city where his artistic practice first evolved. The piece is now presented at our New York flagship gallery at 224 Centre Street.

  • SAINT GERMAIN

A sofa and armchair collection that reconsiders the language of French decoration with precision, quiet confidence and restraint. Drawing on the understated authority of 1940s French interiors, the collection refines a classical decorative vocabulary into something decidedly contemporary.

  • GALILEO

The Galileo collection unfolds a language of fluid curves and organic gestures, where each piece appears as if drawn in a single continuous motion. At the heart of this visual vocabulary lies the woven wood backrest, a detail both sculptural and poetic that defines the identity of the line. For the first time, the collection is also accompanied by an exclusive in-house textile development, Cambon.

GALLERIES

  • HEROLD

Nestled steps from the Bourse de Commerce, the Hérold gallery is the birthplace of our house. It is here that our creations come to life, in a serene and intimate atmosphere.

  • BONAPARTE

Imagined to converse with the singular spirit of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, this setting elevates our signature pieces within a decor all its own.

  • NEW YORK

Situated in the heart of Manhattan's SoHo district, the Centre Street gallery is our house's first address across the Atlantic. Conceived as a dialogue between our Parisian heritage and New York's energy, the space presents our collections in a light-filled setting alongside a curated selection of art and objects.
